About Demo-Dozer

Demo-Dozer was invented and patented by John Waddington, Jr., owner of CalWest Landscape Demolition in Los Gatos , California. John has been in business for over seven years, specializing in demolition of homes, concrete, landscapes, old swimming pools and excavating new pools. Motivated to increase job productivity, save time and money, he designed Demo-Dozer, a multi-tool, skid steer attachment that features a dozer, a grapple bucket, a log handler, clam shell, a high volume bucket and a demo hook.

John has been selling Demo-Dozer for three years now with resounding success. Customers have been astounded by how much time they save not changing out attachments and they keep finding new uses for the demo-dozer every day.

CAT: We prefer Caterpillar for the operator comfort which means long hours of productivity without as much fatigue. We also like the serviceability that has been designed into the machine. The top of the list is product support from our CAT dealer Peterson Tractor Co. in San Martin, CA, and our sales rep Matt Scarcella who treats us as if we were his only customer. LOEGERING VTS SYSTEM: The loegering VTS system has provided us with a durable , reliable and much more comfortable alternative to the rigid dedicated track machine. The VTS system has no hydraulic lines feeding drive motors on the outside of the tractor frame and thus reduces our downtime from hose damage during demolition. This product has proven itself in the most harsh of conditions, swimming pool demolition and excavation. We have literally had rebar sticking through the tracks, cut it out and continued working. Running dedicated track machines before, we can truthfully say the VTS system is a marvelous piece of equipment, and continues to prove itself. Loegering to provides incredible product support.
